Tom brings nearly 30 years of experience to Real Valuation Services, having personally completed over 10,000 real estate appraisals throughout his career. His deep expertise spans residential, commercial, and specialized property valuations across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
Beyond his appraisal work, Tom has led recruiting and education initiatives within the industry, personally mentoring over 20 appraisers — many of whom are now certified and thriving in their careers. His focus on delivering quality, precision, and professionalism has shaped not only his work but the next generation of appraisers he has guided.
Tom is a Certified Residential Appraiser in four states and serves as a Continuing Education instructor for the Chicago Association of Realtors. His professional affiliations include:
