To get started, just fill out the information below.
Once you reach out, we start by looking up your property to understand the type of home and its size, which helps determine the scope and pricing of the appraisal.
You’ll then receive a Letter of Engagement via DocuSign outlining the terms of service, along with a secure payment link. Pricing is based on the property’s size, location, and complexity.
After the signed agreement and payment are received, your order is officially assigned to a certified appraiser from our experienced team. Your appraiser will then reach out to schedule the inspection at a convenient time.
Once the on-site inspection is completed, the appraisal process begins. This is when the clock starts.
You can expect to receive your completed appraisal report shortly following the inspection. Every report is thoroughly researched and reviewed for accuracy, meeting industry and legal standards.
